Thought it would be fun to share some background info with you guys – here are the top 10 posts on my site for the year, based on traffic. Not my personal preference 🙂
The most visited is my home page, which is just a landing page so I”ll just do actual posts!
- #10 – Costco Unadvertised Deals of the week from June…no idea why this one was more popular than another.
- #9 – Birthday Freebies in Canada – who doesn’t like free stuff, especially on their birthday! 🙂
- #8 – Costco Unadvertised Deals from early december – this one went nuts because of that KD shaker picture – which was seen on my facebook page over 300,000 times!
- #7 – Costco Unadvertised from mid december – there were a lot of markdowns that week.
- #6 – Costco Unadvertised from december too – guess xmas shopping frenzy was starting.
- #5 – Costco Unadvertised from September – think it was because of the movie passes on sale.
- #4 – Kids Birthday Party locations in Winnipeg – people here really love to put on a good party!
- #3 – Berry Picking in Manitoba for 2018 – we love our berries here and the season is so short – miss those already!
- #2 – Costco Markdown Monday Calendar for 2018 – best shopping days of the year!
- #1 – Where do Costco leftovers go – this post is actually from 2016. It was so popular it used to crash my site – not long after I posted it it had 10k shares! I’ve redone my site a few times and it resets those numbers, but it’s still a busy post. Busy enough to be #1 of the year!

It’s been a great year blogging again and looking forward to 2019 – in March it’ll be 10 years of Save Money in Winnipeg! Time has flown by!
