Free Hockey Helmets

Chevrolet Canada is giving away hockey helmets to any kids born in 2006 who are registered to play hockey this year with a Hockey Canada affiliated team. You can preregister on their site – full registration starts Aug.19th. You would receive a package containing a certificate for the new Bauer 2100 helmet from your local dealership. Great idea for those with a 5 yr old in hockey – and let your friends and family know, good way to cut costs a little bit! 🙂  A good helmet is so important – was amazed when my daughter took skating lessons how many kids had helmets and skates that just didn’t fit right – if it falls off when you fall down it’s not really that helpful! 😉
