Garage Sales in #Winnipeg this weekend!

  This should be an amazing weekend for garage sales in Winnipeg! Weather looks like it will be great and there’s a lot of really great sales lined up!

Sage Creek is having their big annual Community Sale – there’s a few other big ones too!

Remember to park carefully as there’s always tickets handed out – even if it’s just for a minute. Especially during the large community ones.

If you’re new to garage sales, remember to bring cash – a lot of change or small bills is always good too.

–  Our Annual Garage Sale is being held in Sanford, Manitoba just 25 minutes down Hwy (3) McGillivray Blvd on Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 9-3PM in the park called Meadowbrook Villas. It is a multi home garage sale. All sorts of items for Sale!!  This is a 50+ Park and there is plenty of great things for sale. Perhaps you are looking for that special item. We could have it!! Come down on Saturday we would love to see you. Directions:   Straight down McGillivray Blvd and cross over the Perimeter (which is Hwy #3 ) and continue past Oak Bluff a further straight 12kms. Sanford is just past the water plant  and car wash on the right hand side of the highway if you are coming from Winnipeg.Turn right on the yield into Sanford. Go over the bridge (La Salle River) and turn left at the first street called Blythefield continue down until you reach the entrance there are two Canada Flags flying at the entrance to the park turn left .  You have reached your destination.

– Team Maximus Sorebutticus’ 4th Annual RUMMAGE SALE to raise funds for the MS BIKE TOUR: BIKING TO THE VIKING

 Where: Ecolé Julie-Reil, 316 Ashworth St   When: 8am to 3pm May 23^rd & 24^th    Proceeds will be used as pledge money in support of the MS Society of Canada. Come see our HUGE selection of items from furniture, to clothing and cookware. We have books, chairs, toys, records, stereo equipment, tools, appliances, exercise equipment, and the list just keeps growing!!!

– Free and Alive Rescue is hosting a garage sale fundraiser on the 24th from noon-4pm at 2000 McCreary road to help raise funds to pay our vet bills down.

– 30 Purple Sage Cres. and will be in part with the 2nd Annual Sage Creek Community Garage Sale. Items include boys (baby-4t) and girls (baby-2t) clothes, toys, maternity clothes size small etc.

– Manitoba Mutts Dog Rescue is having it’s annual Garage and Bake Sale on Friday May 22 (from 4:00 until 9:00pm) and Saturday May 23 (from 8:00am until 4:00pm) at the East End Arena in Transcona, 517 Pandora Avenue East. Tons of yummy baked goods for humans and dogs, huge indoor garage sale (clothing, purses, shoes, pictures, tons of kitchen and housewares, toys, holiday décor, and everything in between!), and some other surprises we’re working on. All moey raised goes towards our vet bills so we can continue to save more dogs and our honorary Mutts, the cats!
