Chicken Soup for the Soul has a new book out – Say Hello to a Better Body! Weight loss and fitness for women over 50. It’s another of the smaller workbook style – advice and stories. I like this new format of books – it shows you how to get started, lots of info about menopause, to stop negative thinking, emotional eating and my favourite part – how to eat right without counting calories!
This is a great book for anyone 50 or getting there who wants to learn to deal with all the changes happening, and how to deal with them in a really positive and easy to follow way. Always nice to have stories from people who have been through it.
