If you’re looking for something fun and free to do with the family this Sunday Jan. 20th, Winterfest is happening from 11am to 4pm – and it’s all free with waived admission even!
There’s a mini fishing tournament for kids 14 and under with prizes!
It’s a great time to try out some new winter fun, whether it’s ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, skating and much more. Almost all the equipment is provided – just bring your own skates and maybe a toboggan or sled.
Super fun for everyone – but neat idea for new Canadians or those who maybe haven’t had the chance to try this kind of stuff out.
A lot of these activities are so fun, and if you try them out there you might decide to keep it up after.
