There aren’t too many weekends left before it’s back to school time!! Here are a few fun things to do this weekend:
Last weekend to see movies outside in Assiniboine Park – it’s Monsters vs Aliens at 7pm, and Top Gun at 915pm – sounds like a fun, free night!
Family Fun Days in Lorette is going on all weekend, lots of great activites for the whole family. Check out their site to see the whole scheduele.
Osborne South is having a Sidewalk Sale – it’s from 10-5 and there’s some activities too, petting zoo, horse drawn carriage etc. Check out their site for more info

The Manitoba Families of Multiples are having their annual Children’s Used Clothing & Toy Fall/Winter Sale. It is on Saturday, August 27 from 10:30AM-1:30PM at the Charles A Barbour Arena, 500 Nathaniel Street.
This is a cash-only sale and admission is free!!
If anyone is looking for something to do this weekend I am have a garage sale in St. Norbert, just off Grandmont (there’ll be signs). Friday Aug 26 from 6-8 & Saturday Aug 27 from 8-2.
We are moving so we are selling a lot of kids toys, some clothing, and other stuff. We are also selling some extra produce from our garden, pickles and jams. The less we have to move the better.
