Safeway has some good 3 day sales for the weekend – cases of Kraft Dinner are $6, Reser’s salads are 2 for $4 and there are coupons for those, Always and Tampax are buy one get one free, also coupons for those.

Rest of the week t hey have a lot of buy one get one free – these can be amazing deals if you have coupons for the items too!! Things like Dove Body Wash, Kellogg’s cereal (those are buy 2 get 2 free), coke, breyer’s ice cream, goldfish, arm & hammer laundry soap, royale tissue and much more!

Also buy one case of 24x355ml coke for $10 and get 2 bags of Old Dutch chips for free!

Sobey’s has weekend only deals too – strawberries are $1.77 per 1lb clamshell, and purex laundry soap is $3.99 – there are coupons out there for the soap.

Rest of the week they have sunrype juice for 99 cents, kraft bbq sauce for 99 cents, lots of deals on deli and frozen treats. Also have Energizer batteries for $10 and you get $5 off your next gas purchase. There’s also a coupon for 1000 bonus Club Sobey’s points when you spend over $100.

Target has some good sales on summer stuff, beach towels are half price – only $4 now! Kids speedo glide goggles are $10. 30% off kids summer shoes, 20% off all kids licensed accessories. McCain pizzas are 3 for $10, Eggo’s are $2.

Canadian Tire is having a half price sale – Hoover vacuum is now $100, nice ceiling fan is now $50 (that one was reg. $150), tent for $80, lots of furniture and small appliances too.

M&M’s has their lowest price of the season on their cream cakes – $5, and limit of 3 per customer. Looks yummy!! Lots of good deals on easy to bbq stuff, their bacon wrapped filet mignons are on sale, 4 of them for $16.

Michael’s is having dollar days – foam brushes are 10 for $1, paint for $1, pendants and charms for $1, creatology value pack foam kits are $5 – lots of great deals on stuff to keep the kids busy this summer!
