Sheet pan pancakes success!

If you’re looking for a super easy breakfast, give this one a try.

Butter a baking sheet – I used a 13×18 inch one.

Make 4 cups of pancake batter according to the directions, or make a similar amount from scratch.

Pour 3 cups of it onto the sheet and get creative with your flavour combos! We did it in thirds – banana strawberry, chocolate chip and applesauce and cinammon.

Use whatever your family likes.

Put the last cup over the areas that are lower.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. That’s it.

Keep an eye on it the first time if you’re using a different amount of batter or a different size sheet – just so it doesn’t overflow.

Super tasty,make it in advance for quick breakfasts. Great for a big group too.
