Savvery #Winnipeg – Support local restaurants & a special offer!

If you love going out to eat and like to support local businesses this is the deal for you!

Savvery.com is a new site and new concept for Winnipeg.

As a diner, here’s how it works for you. You purchase a basic membership for $20 for one month – during that month eat at as many local restaurants that have signed up with Savvery on their set night and get half off all your food for you and a friend while you’re there! A premium membership is $35 – which is for you and 3 guests…imagine what you can save even on just one meal out like that!

For local restaurants, this is a great way to get the word out, get new customers – and if you have concerns read up on the site on how Chaise Cafe pulled off half price mondays and kept people coming back at full price on other nights. We went several times for half price mondays and the place was hopping from the minute the doors opened – great for restaurants to get customers in on nights that usually aren’t too busy.

This is nice and easy too – you don’t have to sign up for an extended period. If you know June and July you’ll be going out a lot, just buy those months for example. The program will be going live within a month or so – they’re still signing up restaurants so make sure to let your local faves know about it.
