Red River Ex

It’s time again for the Red River Ex – from June 15th to the 24th. Lots of great deals and promos this year too to make it more affordable. There will be free gate admission June 17th from 1030-1130 am, June 21st from noon-3pm and June 24th from 1030-1130 am. They’re also having $5 admission June 15th and June 18th before 5pm.

On Tuesday June 19th it’s hero’s day – free gate admission for police, military and firefighters with ID. Neat idea! June 20th is seniors day, $5 gate admission for seniors (doesn’t say what age it starts at) And Seniors will also get a free ride on the Merry Go Round and Giant Ferris Wheel.

You can also buy advance tickets at Macs’s or Sobey’s, or on the Ex’s website for lower prices. This year there’s even a express pass to get you to the front of the line faster – that could get pretty annoying!

Lots of great shows and events going on the entire week – make sure to check their site for all the info, times etc.  I find it’s good to preplan what you want to see and make sure you’re in the right area a bit early to be able to see.
