I had quite a bit extra, and even got more in the mail this week so want to share them fairly.

Iogo is my youngest daughters favorite yogurt!!! We love the drinkable ones, great for a quick snack!!

Fry chicken, fish with a thumb size ginger. This will lessen the smell inside the house.
Remove the garlic skin the fast way! Put the whole garlic inside a glass tupperware and give it a big shake! The skin will come off . Easier than peeling by hand.
Got leftover chinese noodles? Get a lumpia or dumpling wrapper and wrap leftover then deep fry.
Tip from my college days: got some blood on your white clothing? Put hydrogen peroxide to the stain. It will go away like magic. ( very handy for me, being a nurse i usually get blood stains on my lab gown)

Dont forget to do some stretching exercises before your work out but dont overdo it or youll get “stretch” marks. Hogoho!!!
