No weekend deals post today from Costco

Just wanted to keep you guys updated, as you know I’ve been posting the Costco deals twice a week for years now.

I went this morning thinking the store would be busy but manageable. The lineup outside the store was like Christmas time lineups. the parking lot was full of people waiting in their cars – I would say this is the busiest I’ve ever seen it.

So, I stayed in my car and went to pick up the few groceries I needed at Safeway. They had no lineups.

Costco is now limiting toilet paper to two packs per person, if they have it. Their shipments usually sell out in 15 to 30 minutes. People have been sending me pictures from the store, and they’re actually starting to sell out of meat, bread and many other items.

So if you need to do your groceries, make sure you have enough for two weeks just in case but no need to go overboard and hoard everything. If you can, just stay out of the grocery stores.

And don’t forget to pick up all of your pet items. And check in with any family or neighbours that could need help.
