Yes, I know – another Costco post!
But I’ve been waiting to post this one, to have it 100% confirmed.
There will be no formal garden centres at Costco this year – it’s too tight of an area and can’t allow for social distancing in it. And I’m sure many other reasons.
What they will be doing is bringing racks of plants throughout the store.
Some stores are putting together mini garden centres…make sure to check your local store.
If you were planning on buying your gardening stuff there – might I suggest checking out our many, many amazing local greenhouses! If you’re not in Winnipeg, check out the ones in your area. Check them out now, and pre-order. Let them know too! Share their stuff on facebook, tell your friends 🙂

I’m a small local business that is selling plants online with contactless pick up. Not quite the scale of Costco but I will have some tropical indoor plants.
