There is a new way to calculate the child benefit you will be receiving as of July 2016. It replaces CTB and UCCB, it is a non-taxable payment, and they are eliminating the Fitness Tax Credit and Arts Tax Credit.
It’s easy to figure out, you just need to pop in your family’s income for 2015, number of kids under 6 and kids 6 to 17 and you get instant results.
