I’ve been baking a lot lately, and if you follow my social media you’ll know that I’m testing out new recipes constantly.This one I’ve been making every few days nolll – they don’t last very long!! :)It’s a simple recipe, just throw it all in the bread machine. Perfect one for the kids to make too.They’ve turned out perfectly every time, which is pretty amazing with my limited baking skills.Everything in the recipe is true, you don’t need to adjust anything. And take them out right on time, you should almost be wondering if they’re really cooked – that means they’re perfectly done.They’re light and fluffy, perfect for sandwiches, with soup etc. Or, in my family eating them as I’m pulling the tray out of the oven as they’re still steaming hot.Flour and yeast can be hard to find, so this is one worth trying.
