If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, check out ManyFest downtown! It’s from Sept. 6th to 8th on Broadway, and kicks off Friday night with a movie in Memorial Park! They will be playing Up on a giant inflatable screen, and it starts around 8pm.
There’s tons of events happening all weekend, and something for every member of the family!
There’s lights on Broadway, dancing, a wine and beer festival, races, a farmers market, a kids zone, and my fave – Food Truck Wars!!
12 of Winnipeg’s best food trucks will be set up on Broadway with a tasting menu – you buy tickets and then you can vote for which bites were your favourite – sounds like fun to me!! There’s a big variety of food trucks set up too, so something for all tastes.
Check out the ManyFest site for more info, times and maps etc. There’s a lot going on so you’ll want to preplan a bit for what you want to see. Great way to end summer, celebrate the first week of school! 🙂
