Kidsfest #Winnipeg Headliners and a ticket giveaway!!

The Winnipeg International Children’s Festival, aka Kidsfest is from June 5th to 8th this year! They’ve just announced the headliners for this year, and there are some great ones. From Manitoban family favourites like Fred Penner, Al Simmons and Jake Chenier to some newer favourites too from around the world.

There will be BC’s Will Stroet – if you haven’t seen him yet, check him out! Super funny kids songs, he’s an amazing entertainer and he performs in french and english. From Portugal there is Pedro the clown, Washboard Hank who plays a variety of items as instruments and much more!

Lots of fun events for this year too, there’s a grandparents day on June 5th – grandparents can buy tickets for the whole family at 15% off gate prices. There’s a Clown 4 Kids Fun Walk/Run on the 8th at 10am, 2-3 km closed course and you can register online for this one.

You can find out the whole lineup and plan your scheduele on their site – there is so much to see and do there that it’s a great idea to start looking now! You can also buy tickets right now online for a better deal too!
