How to order a platter from Costco - fruit and cheese, shrimp or croissant

You have three choices of platters to order from Costco. There's a fruit and cheese platter, a shrimp platter, and also a croissant platter.

These are the prices as of Friday August 21st at my local store, but they can definitely change or vary from store to store. Not sure if other stores in other provinces have a different variety also.

You have to go in store and fill out the sheet below at least 24 hours before you want to pick up your order.
