Free movies at the Lyric Theatre in Assiniboine Park

Every Friday night in August there will be two free movies played at the Lyric Theatre.

Bring a lawn chair, bug spray, a blanket etc.

There's an early show at 6:30 and late show at 8:45.

The lineup for 2026 is:

• Friday August 7th is Zootopia and Wicked for Good
• Friday August 14th is Hoppers and How to Train your Dragon (2025)
• Friday August 21st is The Super Mario Galaxy movie and the Minecraft movie
• Friday August 28th is Monsters Inc and The Princess Bride.
