Disney on Ice is coming to Winnipeg again from February 20th to 23rd – and this year there are 7 shows in Winnipeg! Perfect for all ages, can scheduele around naps etc. There are shows at 11am, 3pm and 7pm!
We love going to Disney on Ice, have been bringing the kiddo for years and it’s always a lot of fun for the whole family. Nothing better than seeing kids faces light up as their Disney favourites skate across the ice. I always love the theatrics of it – and the jokes!
Expect to see all your favourite princesses this year, and of course some heroes too – from Ariel, Prince Philip, Cinderella, Tiana and many, many more. Usually some villains too to spice things up!

My favorite Disney hero is not the typical that you would think of but it’s Bambi. Shows what you can do when you put your mind to it even when at times your all alone.

My daughter is 3 and my son is 5 and they are at the age where they are really loving these Disney movies. Big one right now is Cinderella. Would love to surprise them with tickets.
My boys, ages 3.5 and 6, have LOTS of friends who are girls – all my friends with kids near the same age have girls – therefore, when visiting, my boys get to play a lot of dress up/Disney princess style LOL! (Of course, the girls have to play Batman, Ninja turtles etc when they’re at our house)! I asked my sons which Disney princess they liked best – they like Merida cause “she’s a cool girl, she shoots arrows and saves people and stuff, and she doesn’t listen to her mom!” (Lol at that last part!!!!)
