Now that I’m on medical retirement, my sister takes me once a month, and I am able to partially construct a grocery list just through your ‘SMIW’.
Can actually get my fresh veggies there as well as neat stuff like presliced, non processed cheese and so on. Bought 18 pk(?) of Premier Protein drinks which my dialysis u it says are safe for me to consume, boneless, skinless chicken breasts and so on.
No, I don’t *need* to buy a month’s worth of groceries in one shot – but this way I am less of an imposition on my sister.
