Costco has just posted on their website that they are closing their photo departments across Canada as of February 14th 2021.
You will still be able to order prints, and certain printed items online to be delivered to home, like calendars, cards, canvases etc
They will also will no longer be doing passport photos, ink cartridge refills etc. Can read all of the changes on their website.
