The Canadian Tire on Fermor (or 157 vermillion) is having a grand reopening sale starting April 26th, for 4 days. Some of the sales will be:
Zero Gravity chair for $50 – instead of $80
Schwinn bikes for adults for $150 – $100 off
Honeywell Tower fan for $40 – reg. $70
These deals, and more will only be at that location – I’m sure they will be adding more til then. Remember if you are heading there that it’s a busy enough store – this is the same location we tried to get the Charmin toilet paper last week and 2 hours after the sale had started someone had cleared out the store already.
If you see any more ads for big sales they’re having during those 4 days post them up – i’ll do the same! 🙂

I also got an email from CTire saying that Canadian Tire @ 750 St James St, Polo Park location is also having a grand re-opening. I note these are 4 days only so Thursday to Sunday only.

Actually, i got a flyer in mailbox today too and it’s for st. james store too! Not sure why, i’m waaaaaay closer to vermillion store.
The actual paper flyer I got was for Vermillion store.
But what annoys me so much about CT is that they never have stock of the items that are on sale. Case in point: Kenaston store – last weekend special sale on cedars 4.99 reg 8.99 only Fri, Sat, Sun. So Sat morning hubby and I go before 9am to buy one. And they are sold out. Really!?! According to customer service, they had 52 all sold on Friday. But the sale is on for 3 days. And for at least two of the days there are none and no rainchecks given. So another wasted trip to Canadian Tire. I have shopped here less and less. And know think I have crossed their store off my list completely.
I sympathize with you about short stock on sale items. I don’t go to CT much but I see that all the time at Shoppers especially when they have redemption dates, but also on regular sat/sun or sun/mon specials. Even with regular sales, all gone by Sunday a.m. and then they don’t get more stock put out til it comes in on Thursday or Friday.
I just noticed an ad on the back page of the WFP front section that these specials are for 3 stores: Vermillion, St. James St, and Kenaston!
