Planning a Birthday Party can be a lot of fun – but it can be hard to find the right location. There are a lot of really fun places in Winnipeg to hold your party, here is an updated version for 2015 with a lot of new ones!
– Across the Board Game Cafe – if you’ve got some board game fans this is the place to go for kids or adults. Over 700 board games to choose from, lots of great snacks and food options and it’s a cozy fun atmosphere. You can contact them to reserve a table for a party – it’s $5 per person to play games for up to 3 hours.
– Gymkyds – 3 types of party options, available on weekends only. You get to use the gymnastics area and party room.
– Curbside Game Box – let the video games come to you. They set up their mobile game theater and there’s a lot of screens and different systems so perfect for larger groups, fundraisers, block or school parties too.
– The Real Escape – Perfect for kids who are a little bit older, think 10 or 12 and up. Work together to figure out how to escape a locked room.
– Great Big Adventure – 3 different options, can accomodate very large groups. Perfect for kids to run around and have fun.
– Thunder Rapids – go-karts, bumper boats, miniature golf, batting cage and more.
– Bricks 4 Kidz – Lego parties – can be themed too. Kids get to build using their giant tub of Lego, play Lego games etc.
– U-Puttz Amusement Centre – golfing, laser tag and bumper cars – several different options and party packages.
– Prairie Exotics – lots of different party options for reptile lovers – can even look through their list and customize animal choices.
– Adrenaline Adventures – Winter snow tubing and summer can be climbing, ziplining, paintball, wakeboarding or kneeboarding
– YMCA – Contact your local Y to see what they offer for parties as it varies – these book up very quickly. Lots of possibilities with swimming, bouncers etc.
– Golf Dome – miniature golf, arcade etc. – very specific times on weekends but also weekday times available.
– Coronation Bowling – several packages available and a lot of different times available.
– KidCity – 2 locations, 3 party packages and also some themes available too.
– Sheriff Cosmetics – Glam Princess Party can be hosted there, but they can also travel to your home which is a neat option.
– Fun With Composers – musical parties with a lot of neat themes to choose from.
– Winnipeg Humane Society – great party idea for pet lovers. Check because age will affect how many kids you can invite.
– Tinkertown – no advance reservations needed, you purchase a Party Pak at the regular ticket booth.
– Brushfire Studio – parties available for younger kids and also different ones for teens. Great for creative kids.
– JackPotts – 4 different Pirate themed party packages for game lovers
– Scrapbookers Anonymous – 2 different packages available with great crafts for the kids
– Assiniboine Zoo – 3 different packages, parties held at Tundra Grill and Polar Playground.
– Goldeyes – take in a baseball game, special birthday announcement too which is fun. Neat option for a summer bday.
– Rossmere Lanes – 3 party packages for a great bowling party
– My Gym – 3 packages available and lots of little extras to personalize it
– Dress Up and Play Parties – Great local company to help with all the decorations,costumes and loot bags etc. for parties! Shop by theme and let them help you customize your party! Easy way to host a perfect party without running around.
– Lasertopia – 3 different Laser tag party packages available – and for huge groups of 20 or more can even get extended hours.
– Western Canada Aviation Museum – Great party idea for plane lovers, but they also offer the choice of a party craft too.
– Artful Owl – lots of themes to choose from and can even be customized.
– Mad Science – Perfect for science lovers aged 5 to 12 years old – lots of possibilities for experiments
– Manitoba Children’s Museum – Lots of possibilities here for all types of parties – birthday, sleepovers etc.
– Heartland Archery – Party packages available for kids 6 and up.
– SkyZone Indoor Trampoline Park – 4 different party packages available. Parents will have to sign a liability form.

Pirates Cove holiday in west!!!! we just had my daughters there and 4 of her classmates booked!
Booked our daughters pool party at the Viscount Gort on Portage Ave. Party is not until Sunday, but I have heard good things and so far the staff has been great to work with! For a girl’s 10th, seemed more suitabld than dino beach. Looking forward to it.

Let’s celebrate dance parties has a prop bucket with there photo booth with many princess costumes in it. And they also have themes but it’s a dance party venue for kids so if you want to have a princess dance party I recommend them. lets Celebrate Dance Parties is a new party event service that specializes in toddler to teen dance parties. They have a great package that offers everything you need we just had to purchase the food which we just ordered pizza and a few people brought snacks nd other things. I did it for my sons 3rd birthday yeaterday and he loved it it’s suitable for any age really. You have to book 2 weeks in advance to make sure they have an open venue but you can also have it in your home for no extra charge my basic charge was 300 but we added a couple things on so all in all it was about 350 no tax we thought it was a great deal for everything they did for us. Super happy looking forward to having my daughter 13th birthday with them. We all really enjoyed and had a blast? There is a great kids spa here in Winnipeg, They offer amazing kids birthday parties!
Just had my daughters party here and it is the best place ever. Fun for girls of all ages. The staff where attentive and fantastic. Chocolate facials, mini manicures, makeup and all of the food was provided. My wife and I truly got to sit back and enjoy the children enjoying themselves without having to do any of the work. Wow finally a Hollywood, New York kids spa here in Winnipeg its great. I can’t believe that its even here in this City. Trust me if you are looking for the full package and don’t want anything to do but enjoy your daughters birthday this is hands down the BEST birthday peaty idea here in the City of Winnipeg.
Overall at first the price seemed on the higher side, but when my wife and I thought about what it was going to cost to do our daughters party, we realized that it really is a deal. They do EVERYTHING games prizes, makeup, nails entertainment, food and drinks and we even got some great pictures to remember the very special day.

Bravo they did a great JOB and they deserve to be recognized for bringing Winnipeg the only specialized Kids SPA to our City offering the kids a great safe indoor fun activity.
The parties are well organized and fun they kept the kids active and entertained throughout the event, I have never experienced nothing that could even compare, because there is NOTHING to compare it to.
Nothing in the City as far as a kids birthday party comes close.
