Back to school shopping with Sears Kidvantage #SearsKidsRoom

IMG_20150904_132117  Kids need so much special stuff for back to school – gym clothes, special outfits, day to day wear and soon enough the dreaded winter wear!

Sears is a great place for all of it – with the Kidvantage guarantee you are covered if they outgrow or wear it out! If your child outgrows a piece of clothing during that school year you can exchange it for the next size up!

We shop at Sears quite a bit – the kiddo is quite tall and in the last few years we’ve found it’s hard to find age appropriate clothes in her size. We’ve been able to find things that fit her, fit properly, appeal to her sense of style and make both Mom and Dad happy too! Her favourite thing is their Converse tshirts – pretty sure we own every single one they make now in every colour!

I like it too that you can find everything in one place – formal wear, outdoor stuff, shoes, regular clothes…pretty much anything you need for kids.

This year we needed a special gym outfit as it’s the first year they’re changing – she loved this Nike one from Sears! I liked that there were a ton of different mix and match pieces all in one spot in the store, she was able to pick and choose the colours and what style shorts she preferred. I also appreciate that the v-neck is not low, the fit is correct for what a 9 year old should be wearing. It’s a really big relief when your daughter reaches that age to have a store to go to where you have nice stylish options that stay age appropriate.

There’s a great contest going on now too! Make sure to enter!

  1. Wal-Mart has this same guarantee. I think Sears had to do it because of Wal-Mart.
I do like Sears, as it has very good quality clothes, but Wal-Mart is much cheaper.

Disclosure: I have no connection to Sears or Wal-Mart.
