If you’re looking for something fun to do in September, make sure to check out Manyfest downtown. It runs from Sept. 11th to 13th and it’s right on Broadway.
There is so much happening during that time – a farmers market, a kids zone, a beer and wine garden, food truck wars, even a movie at night outside.
If you’re heading down, you can usually find parking not too far. Or park and ride or park and walk. They shut down a pretty big section of Broadway so a good idea to check the map if you’re not too familiar with parkades around there.
The movie this year will be Inside Out on Sunday night – a great family movie! The kids zone is a lot of fun, lots of big games, bouncers, sand area and more.
The Food Truck Wars is a lot of fun if you don’t get to check out the food trucks too often – there’s a whole area of them to pick from, you can see the full list here. There are a lot more of them this year which is great, since the lineups got pretty crazy in the last few years.
There’s also a lot of stuff for adults only and after hours events. Check out their site for all the info, but make sure to head down there and check it out, it’s one of our family’s favourite September activities.
