Today is a great day to do your big grocery shop, stock up on essentials that never seem to go on sale – or look for some deals marked down because of the long weekend!! 10% off makes a big difference on the bill, especially if you can find some good sales.
I like to comb through the flyer and the store for things my family uses a lot, and stock up at the low price.
Do you normally shop on 10% off day? What are your favourite things to shop for?
It’s actually 15% off at sobey’s today. Not sure of the reason.
The 15% off is only at participating locations though…not sure either why the extra 5% off, but it’s good 🙂
Yep, I noticed on the sobeys st annes location when I biked by that it said take another 5% 🙂 great reminder as I had forgotten so I’ll be shopping later today 🙂
The extra 5% was for using your Club Sobey’s card at the Reenders store.
It was very nice to be able to buy stuff on sale (like the Kraft shredded cheese and Maple Leaf Naturals Weiners), use coupons, plus 15% off. I normally don’t get to shop on 10% Tuesdays, but yesterday was a big win. 🙂 Should have bought more vegetables and fruit, but my brain wasn’t remembering that I’d get the extra 15% off.
